This is an emission nebula in the winter constellation of Orion in apaprent vicinity to the highlights in the Gemini constellation.

The reddish colour within the nebula reveals the ionized hydrogen glowing in UV light of young stars.
The bluish colour of the small nebula to the upper left originates from the reflection of blue light from the small open cluster NGC 2175 on interstellar dust.
