Since 2008 I did some improvement before I had my second attempt on the Witchhead Nebula. First of all I tried to use my 200 mm lens not with the in-built but with a circular stop. The second improvement was about the exposure time - 3hrs 09min instead of barely 42min.
With good correction of the low-altitude, inhomogeneous sky background and the non-spikeish refraction around the bright stars I think it is definitely worth publishing...
